The A2L/A3 Flammable Gas Receiver/Reclaim Bottle (Large Cylinder) is a purpose-built cylinder designed for the safe recovery, storage, and transportation of flammable refrigerants during servicing, maintenance, and decommissioning. Featuring a double valve, double port design with 1/4" SAE MFL outlets, it enables secure and efficient handling of both liquid and vapour phases with standard HVAC recovery equipment.
This cylinder is suitable for the recovery of A2L and A3 refrigerants, including commonly used gases like R32, R290 (propane), and R600a (isobutane). It is also ideal for use as a temporary receiver during maintenance tasks, such as decanting refrigerants while repairs are carried out.
The price of this reclaim bottle includes the destruction of any returned contents, regardless of the mixture, and cleaning as necessary, with no extra fees for processing or disposal. Whether you return the cylinder empty or full, the upfront cost covers all services, ensuring transparent pricing.
With a maximum fill capacity of approximately 45kg, this cylinder complies with UK legislation requiring safe refrigerant handling. It is designed for vertical installation and must be properly earthed during use, in accordance with safety regulations for handling flammable gases. Orders placed before 16:00 with next working day/timed services will be dispatched the same day (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 16:00 will not be dispatched until the next working day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. "Next working day" means Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. Orders placed with any of the services below will not be delivered on a Saturday or Sunday.
