Product Code: VPBM12V | Availability: In Stock - 1
The CPS BlackMax Vacuum Pump 12 CFM (VPBM12V) is a high-performance, professional vacuum pump designed for fast, reliable evacuation of modern HVAC and refrigeration systems. Featuring a brushless DC (BLDC) variable-speed motor and ignition-proof construction, it is suitable for use with A1, A2L, A2 and A3 refrigerants, including low-GWP and flammable gases when residual amounts remain after recovery.
With a powerful 12 CFM free air displacement and an ultimate vacuum of 15 microns, the VPBM12V delivers rapid, deep evacuation even on larger systems. The two-stage design is supported by a gas ballast valve to help dry the second stage and improve performance when moisture is present. A large analogue vacuum gauge provides clear, quick reference during operation.
Designed with safety and reliability in mind, the pump features ignition-proof construction tested to UL 12.12.01 methods, an auto shut-off solenoid valve to prevent vacuum loss during power interruption, and thermal overload protection. Multiple inline intake ports (1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" SAE male) offer flexible hose connection options for different system sizes and configurations.
Despite its high output, the BlackMax remains compact and portable, weighing approximately 10.5 kg. The dual-voltage 100–240 V, 50/60 Hz power supply with UK plug allows seamless operation across different sites without performance drop, while quiet operation and a tall oil sight glass make it well suited to daily professional use.
